pick an object from the palette → a translucent preview follows the cursor; click to drop it colour/texture: with something selected use the colour swatch to tint or the texture dropdown to re-skin (⟲ resets) size: W/D/H buttons resize the selection (walls: H=height, D=thickness) · drop a door/window onto a wall and it cuts a matching hole Draw Room: drag a rectangle to add a room (floor + ceiling + lights in Play); click a room to pick its floor/ceiling/light or drag its corners ✨ Auto Room: click inside any area fully ringed by walls and the editor detects + creates the room for you (then set its floor/ceiling) Place NPC: pick a role or Scrubs character → click to drop · select an NPC to set its pose (sit/bed) · R turns them · they're talkable in Play NPC "does": wander (paces the way it faces) or patrol (click route, then click the floor for stops) · Publish as map → play it at ?map=name (the hospital stays the default game)
